He brings unmatched market intuition and deal-making experience to the desk and client briefings with modern energy strategy.

    Dave serves as our full-time Compliance Officer, bringing over 15 years of experience guiding swap dealers through CFTC and NFA regulations, including Dodd-Frank protocols. As an ACAMS member, he has built and overseen AML programs for NFA-registered RFEDs and IBs. With 75+ NFA compliance audits and experience advising law firms, FCMs, and crypto startups, his presence reflects our firm's commitment to the highest regulatory standards.

    Amanda Angrove brings 15 years of logistics and refinery expertise to lead our cargo division. Formerly with Valero, she specialized in refined products, biofuels, and navigating global crude supply arbitrage. She drives our expansion into international cargo and marine logistics from San Antonio.

    Peter Donovan is a seasoned energy markets professional with more than 34 years of experience trading on the NYMEX floor. A former Principal at Vantage Trading and Broker at Liquidity Energy, Peter brings extensive expertise across the energy barrel, with deep experience in crude oil, refined products, and derivatives. His long-standing relationships across the trading community and commitment to trusted execution provide valuable perspective and expertise to clients navigating the energy markets.

  • Brian Lapersonerie, Broker

    Brian Lapersonerie is a seasoned energy markets professional with over 25 years of experience, beginning his career on the NYMEX trading floor in 2000. As a broker and manager at Liquidity Energy, he specializes in physical jet fuel and ULSD/diesel markets and has extensive experience across crude oil, heating oil, natural gas, and RBOB gasoline. He brings deep market knowledge, long-standing industry relationships, and trusted execution to clients across the energy markets.

    John Demicoli is a veteran OTC contract broker with 40 years of experience across energy and risk markets, including 17 years with Citi in the U.S. and U.K. He specializes in OTC transactions, block trades, options, structured products, and complex hedging and risk-management strategies. John has built deep market expertise and long-standing relationships with banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, and other institutional participants. He brings extensive experience structuring and executing complex transactions, managing market and geopolitical risk, and delivering tailored solutions across energy and financial markets.

  • Dennis Stoneman, Refined Products Broker

    Dennis brings 25+ years of expertise in brokering, trading, and risk management across energy markets, including renewables. A former IPE and NYMEX member who excelled in cross-commodity arbitrage, he entered renewables in 2004, brokering biodiesel and RINs for trans-Atlantic strategies. Dennis taught options and technical analysis for NYMEX and is a CMT Association member

A former principal and managing director at HQ Trading. With a strong academic foundation in Economics from the University of Iowa, he excels in trading, hedging and business development.
